This 22 acre property is located in Scotland County North Carolina. It is all wooded, consisting of mostly mature pines. It does have thick undergrowth on most of the tract. A small pond is present near the road and an old roadbed does enter the property there. This road can be cleaned up to allow ATV use on the property. A camper could also be setup along the edge of the pond with a little trim work. I found several well used trails working parallel and perpendicular to the highway. This would be an excellent spot for a couple guys who are willing to do a little trimming to setup feeders.
